He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Rogers Holbrook; his sons, Derek (Allison Holbrook) and Gary (Kelly Champion); his son-in-law Greg Bowman; his siblings-in-law, Bob Woodson, Margurite and Chris Bonds; his grandchildren, Chase, Dawson Holbrook, Gage Bowman, Tessa, Kyle West and Karley Thomas; and his great grandchild Everett West. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
