She was predeceased by: her parent James Walter; her husband Norman Allen Gilbert Sr.; and her son Norman "Allen" Gilbert Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Rosie Alma Cox Beal; her children, Paul "Shane" Gilbert (Crystal) and Debra Gilbert Smith (Douglas); her children-in-law, Pamela Gilbert Etheredge and Ginger Gilbert; her grandchildren, Autumn Brooke Smith, Brittany Smith Byrd, Ryan Gilbert, Rebecca Etheredge and Sarah Etheredge; her great grandchildren, Trinity Grace Byrd, Olivia Danielle Byrd and Morgan Byrd; and her siblings, James Walter Beal Jr., Opal Beal Evans, Earsell Beal, Marnell Beal Buttram and Odell Beal Corn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
