With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Edward Clark of Calhoun, Georgia, born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Clark and Katie Stone Clark; and his siblings, R. L. Clark, Orvin Clark, Geneva Clark Tate and Jesse Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Suevera A. Stanfield Clark; his children, Michael Clark and Tonya Clark Payne (Mitch Payne); his sisters, Frances Clark Dale and Retha Clark Prater; and his grandchildren, Katie Clark, Jonathan Clark, Brandon Clark and Katelyn Payne.
In addition to flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Blewer Food Bank of the Gordon County Baptist Association.
