She was predeceased by: her children, Randall Pack, Kyle Pack and Wanda Hogan. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Pack; her sons, Wayne Pack (Tammy) and Michael Pack (Ashley); and her sister Nellie Gentry. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
