He is survived by: his wife Gwen Pate Stansell; his children, Keith Stansell and Lindsey Stansell; his grandchildren, Chandler Stansell and Emily Stansell; and his siblings, Johnny Stansell (Denise) of Calhoun, Diane Young of Calhoun, Judy Hill of Calhoun, Nancy Stansell of Calhoun and Frances Timms (Donald) of Resaca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
