She was predeceased by: her parents, Curby Maxwell Worley and Annie Lucille Moore Worley; her son David Martin "Marty" Blackstock; and her siblings, Nellie Parks (Roy), Gussie Holland (Jack), Sue Bearden (Willard), Max Worley (Ruby), George Worley (Ann), Charles Worley and Winfred Worley.
She is survived by: her sons, Bennie Blackstock (Rita) and Bryan Blackstock; her brother Donald Worley (Faye); her sister-in-law Beverly Worley; her grandchildren, Ashley Blackstock Silvey (Brett), Tyron Blackstock, Eric Blackstock (Mandy), Steve Cowart (Sheri), Tonya Cleveland (Glen), Tracy Stanley (Glenn) and Jamie Blackstock (Coela); her great grandchildren, Briana Silvey, Cameron Blackstock (Amber), Brooke Blackstock, Makensie Barr (Jesse), Jordan Cowart, Azlin Cleveland, Colton Cleveland, Lance Blackstock, Lindsey Blackstock, Ashton Stanley, Saidi Stanley, Makayla Blackstock and Austin Blackstock; and her great great grandchild River Barr. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
