He is survived by: his mother Bertie Mulkey Hayes; his wife Gail Kinsey Hayes of Calhoun; his children, Daniel Allen Hayes (Crystal) of Dalton, Zachary Wayne Hayes of Calhoun, Kimberly Kinsey (Jose Telleria) of Calhoun and Kasey Barfield (James) of Calhoun; his brothers, Larry Hayes and Johnny Hayes (Theresa); his grandchildren, Gracie May Hayes, Sophie Hayes, Easton Smith, Alicia Telleria and Destiny Escobar; and his great grandchildren, Irabellia Haney and Nolan Haney.
