He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Donald and Dellaree Ellen Lewallen Tumlin; his brother Terry Tumlin; and his brother-in-law Willie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Gail Tumlin (Smith); his daughter Christie; his son-in-law Blake McDougal; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Jody Tumlin; his siblings, Cathy Thomas, Debra Tumlin and Mike; his sister-in-law Lorane Brown; and his grandchildren, Kyra McDougal Hartel (Adam), Trent McDougal (Daniela) and Grayson Tumlin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
