She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Marque and Georgette Marque; her son Michael Smart; her granddaughter Cecelia Lopez; and her siblings, Jeanine Wolman and Jean Claude Marque.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Smart, Renee Smart and Kathleena Lee (Steven); her grandchildren, Anthony Lopez (Rosie), Angelita Newman (Chase), Billie Jean Smart, Naomi Lee and Shanna Lee; her siblings, Francois Marque (Chantal) and Bernadette Frampton; and her close friend Florence Gerhards. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
