With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Deacon Hiram Hawkins of Calhoun, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Deacon Hiram leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Deacon Hiram may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Hawkins and Gertrude Finley Hawkins; his siblings, Maybelle Hawkins Curtis Harris, Odell Hawkins Mann, Walter, Albert, Henry and Lorenzo Hawkins; and his son Neal Hawkins.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Farmer Hawkins; and his children, Kiawanna Johnson Cabrera and Carlos R. Morris. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; cousins, other relatives, friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (452 W Line St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
