He is survived by: his parents, Brandi Hayes and Chad Hayes; his brother Bentley Clay Hayes; his grandparents, Clyde, Phyllis Hayes, Ronnie and Debbie Holtman; his great-grandparent Ruth Holtman; his aunts and uncles, Clint, Jenny Hayes, Kristie, Billy Wilson, Amanda and Jason Farmer; and his cousins, Lily Hayes, Esther Hayes, Noah Wilson and Ethan Farmer.
