He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Tinch and Mae Cleary Tinch; his son Mike Tinch; and his siblings, J. M., Paul B., Raymond, Bob, Grady Tinch, George, Willard, Claude Hall, Nell Hall and Herlene Tinch.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy Jean West Tinch; his children, Sherry Carter (Billy) and Dallas Tinch (Janice); his daughter-in-law Melanie Tinch; and his sister Grapell Headrick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great- grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
