She is survived by: her husband Jerry Goforth; her children, Chase Lee Goforth (Anna) and Jerry Lee Goforth Jr.; her siblings, Tommy Reeves (Wanda), Mike Moon, Scott Colsten (Bobbie) and Kathy Feagin; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Burns.
