He is survived by: his parents, Donna Duke and Sam Duke of Adairsville, GA; his sister Amy Carey (Jason) of Calhoun, GA; his nephews, Andrew and Blake Carey of Calhoun, GA; his aunt Lynne Burton (Jack) of Trussville, AL; his uncle Steven Duke of Park City, KY; and his cousins, Allison Blythe of Boone, NC, Melissa Chappell (Alan) of Hoover, AL and Jessica Lanham (Andy) of Salem, IN.
