He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Peace Sullivan; his brothers, James Sullivan and Billy Sullivan; his nephew Vance Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Herman Stone, Sam Rogers, Ralph Gray and Inez Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Smith (Ricky); his granddaughter Sydney of Sugar Valley; his brothers, Jackie Sullivan (Jackie Talley Sullivan) and Stevie Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Joy Sullivan, Eleanor Sullivan, Lois Nell Gray, Shirley Rogers and Jerry Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
