He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Aaron Parker and Leah Cloe Teems Parker; his siblings, Nellie Faye Parker, Janice Parker Boyd and Douglas Parker; and his brother-in-law Ralph Colston.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Owen Parker of Calhoun, GA; his son Beau Parker of Nacogdoches, TX; his siblings, Joyce Colston and Kenneth Parker (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Parker, Judy Owen and J. R. Boyd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions in memory of Charles be made to Adairsville Christian Church at 113 Park Street, Adairsville, GA 30103 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
