He is survived by: his son Shannon Bonik; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Bonik; his daughters, Elizabeth Clark, Robert Clark, Tanya Scott, Wes Scott, Trisha Bonik and Todd Flowers; his grandchildren, Bobby, Kayla, Kimmie, Hope, Mark, Chase, Sally, Harvey, Colton, Parker, Summer and Sara; his great grandchildren, Carly, Liam, Tyler, Taylin, Triston, Rylee, Mark III and Parker; his sister Shirley Austin; his stepfather Blackie Lustri; his nephew Bobby Stepp; and his niece Millie Stepp.
