It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Chaney Saunders (Calhoun, Georgia), who passed away on May 19, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Saunders, Sr.; her son Robert Lee Saunders, Jr.; and her friend Banks. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Boston of Calhoun, William Saunders of Dalton, Mark Anthony and Ray Saunders of Covington; her sister Minnie Jackson of Dalton; and her uncle Chaney of Covington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
