He is survived by: his wife Robin Denise Herndon Dalton; his sons, Thomas Fain Dalton, Steven Weldon Dalton and Charles "Chuck" Rutledge Dalton; his grandchildren, Bekah Dalton Cochran, Luke Dalton, Josh Dalton, Jacob Dalton, Michael Dalton and Mandy Dalton; and his great grandchildren, Cole Cochran, Charlotte Grace Cochran, Fischer Cochran, Marshall Cochran and Luke Dalton, Jr..
