He is survived by: his mother Bronwyn "Toot" Rutledge; his stepfather Phil Neal; his grandmother Lynn Rutledge; his uncle Brent Rutledge; his stepbrother Phil Neal, II; his nieces, Raelyn Neal and Britlyn Neal; and his cousins, Ty Rutledge, Adam Rutledge and Ella Rutledge.
