She was predeceased by: her father L. A. McCormick; and her stepfather Charles Lee Hatt. She is survived by: her mother Lucy M Hatt; her daughter Chasity Childers-Clark (Bryan); her siblings, Connie D Desrosier, Rachel Sisson, Marie Cook, Judy McCormick, Chuck Hatt, Karen Hatt and Lesley McCormick; her grandchildren, Parrish Clark, Paxtyn Clark and Shae Scruggs (Trevor); and her great grandchild Elena Scruggs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
