She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Self. She is survived by: her daughter Candi Ivey (Tony); her grandchildren, Trent Turner, Cheyenne Turner and Little John Turner; her great grandchildren, Sierra Turner, Kayleigh, Kimberleigh and Kaiser Smith; her sister-in-law Jermie Self (Tina); and her sisters, Margie Henry, Melissa Stanley (Ricky Miller) and Evelyn King (Kenneth). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
