He is survived by: his wife Glenda Faye McDougle Cook; his children, Scott Cook (Tammy) and Sandra Carver; and his grandchildren, Haley, Emily, Gracie, Justin, Meagan, Wesley, Jacob and Dusty. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
