He is survived by: his wife Shelba Jean Holmes Kay; his children, Teresa Thornbrough (Mark) and Scotty Kay; his grandchildren, Zachary Thornbrough (Amber), Amber Kennon (Trip) and Austin Kay; his great grandchild Drew Kennon; his brother Smith; and his sons, Rev. Ronnie Wells and Rev. Jacky Waites.
