He is survived by: his wife Janice Blackmon; his children, Christie Parris (Donnie), Benny Blackmon Jr., Jenny Blackmon, Charles Blackmon (Kaisha), April Blackmon and Jennifer Gossett; his sisters, Thelma Hatfield and Brenda Sims; his grandchildren, Lamar Crowe, Chris Crowe, Crissy Blackmon, Blake Blackmon, Kimberly Blackmon, Katelyn Reynolds, Tyler Blackmon and Devin Hardin; his great grandchildren, Elijah Crowe, Carson Crowe, Emmett Crowe, Madelyne Reynolds and Alivia Blackmon; and his close friend Cameron Wesson.
