She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Murphree and Eva Bowling Murphree; and her siblings, Betty Jo Landers, DeEtte Higginbotham, Lorene Strickland, Evelyn Albritton, Edscol Murphree and Cecil Murphree.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bryant (David), Kenneth Michael Ward and Mitchell Wayne Ward (Jeannie); her grandchildren, Kayla Ward, Kenny Ward, Brandon Ward, Erica Ward, Matthew Ward, Michael Thigpen, John Thigpen, Christy Bryant and Colie Bryant Arseneau; and her son Thirteen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
