She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chase and Grace Eleanor Humphrey Chase; and her husband Eugene Rodney Henry. She is survived by: her daughter Judith Hutzler (Mark Sheppard); her grandchildren, Lance Corporal Mark Sheppard, Julia, Zack Carlson, Madison, T. J. Ely and Mallory Sheppard; her nieces and nephews, Grace, Elizabeth, Danny and David Chase; and her close friends, Jessica Adams and Gloria Carroll.
