He was predeceased by: his parents, Chet Broyles and Odessa Broyles; and his brothers, Gene and Marvin Broyles. He is survived by: his wife Chenkie Broyles; his sons, Bryan Broyles (Amanda) and Steve Broyles; and his brothers, Jimmy Broyles and Jerry Broyles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, and friends.
