She is survived by: her parents, Maxine Gentry and Bobby Tate of Calhoun, GA; her son Blaze Tate of Cartersville, GA; her brothers, Michael (Paula Hufstetler) and Farrell Tate (Karame Elrod); her nieces and nephews, Jamie, Chase Carter, Mason Tate, Heath Hufstetler, Savanna Hufstetler, Cheyenne Temple and Anthony Hall; and her great-nephews, Leeland Carter, Karina Hufstetler and Braxton Tate.
