She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan J. Elzey and Equilla Elzey (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Glenn Carden; her children, Lisa Carden Butterworth (Terry) and Brian Carden (Stephanie); her grandsons, Kyle Butterworth of Raleigh, NC, Connor Butterworth of Athens, GA, Lawson Carden of Zapata, TX, Jarrett, Laine and Jhett Carden of Calhoun; her brothers, Amos Elzey (Mae) of Cleveland, GA, Dean Elzey (Velma), Donald Elzey (Sharon), Jerry Elzey (Nell) of Cumming, GA and Bruce Elzey of Spring Hill, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Hawkins (Helton) and June Bearden of Calhoun. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many good friends.
Ann will lie in state at the church one hour preceding the service, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our desire to keep everyone safe, there will be no visitation. For those attending, masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
