She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice William Smith; her former husband Ronald Cook; her husband Allen McDonald; her son Everett James Cook; and her grandson Matthew Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Steve Angel) and Anita Cook; and her grandchildren, Randall Bailey, Summer Bailey, Cody Whitfield, Chris Whitfield and Brittany Thomas. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; several friends and other family members.
