He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Leatherwood; and his brother Mike Leatherwood. He is survived by: his parent Jean Leatherwood; his son Blake Leatherwood (Becca Bray); his brothers, Tony Leatherwood and Greg Leatherwood; his granddaughters, Makynlei, Alandrei, Daisie and Abigail; his nieces and nephews, Resa, Tandra, Chase and Chasity; and also Norma Edwards.
