He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Ida Moye, Emory and Margaret Mills. He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Jackson Moye and Ophelia Mills Moye of Cairo; his sister Rhonda Moye of Thomasville; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy Lee (Russ), Faye Braswell (Buddy), Peggy Paramore, Lavon Mills (Teressa) and Dexter Mills. He is also survived by his family and many, many friends.
