He is survived by: his mother Wanda Carr of Donalsonville; his wife Janice Carr of Cairo; his children, Chad Carr of Jonesboro and Carey Carr of Knoxville, Tennessee; his stepdaughter Candace Kelley of Dothan, Alabama; his grandchildren, Camden Carr, Caiden Carr, Avery Carr, Brianna Kelley and Evan Kelley; and his brother Jack Edward Carr of Tennessee.
