He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Higgins of Aurora, IL, Richard "Rick" Higgins (Laura) of Aurora, IL, Terry Higgins of Aurora, IL and Lisa Braaksma (Mike) of Cairo, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Theodora, Alexis, Heather, Emilee, Sarah, Stephanie, Michael, Terry Jr., Tony, Dustin, Brandon, Ronald and Robert.
