She was predeceased by: her parent Eddie Howell Ouzts, Sr.; her former husband Ray Kosciw; her mother Cecil Ouzts (Raymond Holmes); and her siblings, Howell Ouzts, Johnny Ouzts and Janice Schreffler.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Holmes; her children, Dennis Kosciw of Marianna, David (Diane Kosciw), Phillip Kosciw of Cairo, Angie (Danny Elkins), Georgia, Randy (Chris Holmes) and Robin (Martin Halvorson); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kosciw, Sebastian Lopez, Ericka Green (Rod Green), Amelia Faircloth (Billy), Luke Elkins (Alexis), Holden Kosciw, Liza Kosciw, Eli Kosciw, Tim Pearson, Michael Pearson, Lauren Holmes and Mandy Holmes; her great grandchildren, Jaken Green, Ellie Rae Green, Wyatt Faircloth, Westin Faircloth, Maeleigh Elkins of Emmarie Kosciw, K. J, Tylan Kosciw, Brayden Pearson, Levi Tolbert and Tibby Tolbert; and her sisters, Joann Cassels and Emily Rowan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
