She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson David and Eddie Mae Smith Mullis; her husband Edward A. Colter; and her siblings, Woodrow Mullis, Doris Mullis Moye, J. D. Mullis Jr., Ralph Andrew Mullis, Fred Mullis, Graden Mullis, Almaleen Mullis Stuckey and Quinton Mullis.
She is survived by: her children, Annese Colter Thomas (Walt) of Marietta, Pam Colter Kight of Dublin and Susan Colter Beacham of Dublin; her siblings, Katherine Mullis Zachary and Thomas Gerald Mullis; and her grandchildren, Gregory Edward Melton, Lisa Law (Tracy), Jay Thomas (Meredith), DeAnn Bomar (Spencer) and Rebecca Hall (Jason). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Serenity Hospice at 504 Parker Dairy Rd, Dublin, GA 31021.
