Charles Todd Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2025, at the age of 86, Charles Todd of Cadwell, Georgia, born in Dry Branch, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Todd and Ruth Jones Hawkins; his wife Bessie Williams Todd; and his children, Charles "Buddy" Todd and Frances "Peanut" Stoothoff.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Todd Wright of Woodstock, GA and John "Alan" Todd of Cadwell; his grandchildren, Jonathan "Bobo" Wright of Locus Grove, GA, Bradley Stoothoff of Covington, GA, John "AJ" Todd Jr., Kalab Todd of Cadwell, GA, Cody Stoothoff of Newborn, GA, Jessie Todd of Cadwell, GA and Mikey Todd of Cadwell, GA; and his brother Emmett Todd of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery (86 Hart Rd, Dallas, GA 30157).
