It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Fowler (Cadwell, Georgia), born in Pulaski, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Jake" and Grace Williams; her stepmother Lucy Stacey; and her brother Hilder Williams. She is survived by: her husband Joe Fowler; her children, Donna Tanner (Tim) and Johnny Fowler (Renee); her grandchildren, Morgan Fowler, Dustin Fowler (Madison), Taylor Lord (Jeremy) and Anna Helton (Luke); and her great grandchildren, Jade Lord, Jep Lord and Hensley Helton. She is also survived by loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and special friends.
