He was predeceased by: his father William W. Lewis Sr.; his wife Gina Lewis; and his daughter Keri Pike. He is survived by: his children, Derek Lewis (Brittany), Crystal Mangino (Tony), Deborah Bostick and Keli Collier (Harold); his grandchildren, Trenton Lewis, Griffen Nauss (Natalie), Haleigh Foster, Sara Beth Wagner and Emily Collier; and his siblings, Linda O'Barr, Gregg Lewis (Lisa) and Kevin Lewis.
