He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer L. Churchwell and Allie Churchwell; his siblings, Marjorie Taylor, Homer and Billy Churchwell; his brother-in-law Charles Pitts; and his nephews, Brandon Taylor and Chuck Pitts.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carrel Pitts of Byron and Betty Smith of Ridgeland, SC.; and his niece Vickie Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings are required and social distancing observed.
