It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Elliott (Byron, Georgia), born in Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona McGee and Jack Livingston; and her brother Jack "Allen" Livingston. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Elliott; her daughters, Tammy Prince and Nicole Elder; her grandchild Courtney Scroggins (Josh); her great grandchild Jackson Lon Scroggins; and her sister Jessica Smith (Daryl).
