Sadie Emily Bledsoe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sadie Emily Bledsoe of Byron, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Miller and Nellie Gilleland; her husband Homer Bledsoe "Pop"; her daughters, Vickie Bailey and Wendy Barroso; her sons-in-law, Jim Johnson and Rocky Martin; and her granddaughter Michelle Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Sydney Bledsoe, Sandra Johnson and Paula Martin; her son-in-law Joe Barroso; and her sisters, Gerry Glenn and Janet Bowden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
