He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Butler and Rose Butler (Mundy); and his siblings, Suzanne Anthonsen of Vancouver, Canada and Billy Butler (Dori) of Staten Island, NY. He is survived by: his children, Debra Butler of Key West, FL and Michael P. Butler (Donna) of Warner Robins, GA; and his granddaughters, Abigail Butler and Bella Butler.
