She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Giles Sr. and Cornelia Smith Giles; her husband James Thomas "J. T." Hencley Jr.; and her siblings, John Thomas "J. T." Giles Jr. and Frances Giles.
She is survived by: her children, Roger, Joy Hencley, Mike, Joyce Hencley, Ken and Ronita Hencley; and her grandchildren, Paige Thomas (Patrick), Myranda Mosely, Heather Heath (Brian), Kimberly Brooks (Billy), Erica Dykes (Michael), Brittany Summers (Greg), Katherine Perrell (Matt), George Brooks and Dennis Brooks (Audrey). She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many more family members and friends.
