Waters, Jr. (Debbie) and Alice Craig Winters; his pet Rusty; his wife Leigh Waters; his siblings, Michael Waters (Prue), Dr. Gregory Waters (Anna), Matt Waters (Sarah Hill) and Ellen Bondi (Carl); and his cousin Julie Burroughs.
