He is survived by: his wife Lynn Newton; his children, Marie Newton Meister of Byron, Deanne Newton Coffelt (Randy) of Byron and Sherry Newton Rouch (Joe) of Byron; his grandchildren, Larry Meister of Perry, Shane Meister of Byron, Shannon Meister of Perry, Derrick Hatchett of Byron, Brooke Coffelt of Byron, James Rouch of Crawford County, Devin Loyd of Macon, Marissa Loyd of Byron and Cheyenne Loyd of Byron; and his siblings, Sidney Newton of Eatonton and Rutha Nell Robitzsch Hise of Pitts. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and 15 great nieces and great nephews.
