She is survived by: her sons, Jay Frederick and Jeff Frederick (Beverly); her grandchildren, Eli Frederick (Gabby), Jena Forrester, Paige Gassett (Tyler), Jacob Frederick, Caleb Frederick and Elly Frederick; her great grandchildren, Olivia Forrester, Molly Gassett, Cooper Gassett and Bennett Gassett; her sisters, Carol Fountain (Dan) and Charlotte Clark; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Sheibert and John Frederick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
