She was predeceased by: her parents, O. C. Dozier and Mauline Henderson; her son Wade Taylor; her brother Wilton Dozier; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Mercer; her brothers, Edsel Dozier (Jean) and Willard Dozier (Sylvia); her sister-in-law Mary; her sister Martha Jo Moon (Merlene Scott); her grandson Josh Taylor (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Scout and Liam Taylor.
In lieu of flowers and donations the family graciously asks that donations be made in her honor to PeachTree Baptist Church.
