She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Dorsey Collins and Lilian Ada Pring Collins; her husband Howard Wise Toms; and her daughter Julie Toms Borders Hardison. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Clark, Linda Moore (John) and Monica Toms; her grandchildren, Angela Michelle Borders Phillips, Karen, Dennis Stephen Borders Jr., Tommy Clark, Dawn Mayo, Michael Moore, David Moore, Jennifer Vick, Chris Law, Amy Law Jones and Jessica Law Godwin; and her sister Frances Ann Evans.
